Rush Order Policy
At Lydia Blue Designs, every custom embroidery order is scheduled to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship. If you need your order completed sooner than our standard turnaround time, rush production may be available depending on our current production schedule.
Standard Turnaround
Our standard production time is 7–14 business days after:
Payment has been received in full.
Artwork has been approved.
All order details have been finalized.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
Rush Production
Rush service is offered on a limited basis and is subject to production capacity and product availability.
Rush (2–3 Business Days)
20% rush fee added to the order total.
$25 minimum rush fee.
Priority (Next Business Day)
35% rush fee added to the order total.
$50 minimum rush fee.
Same-Day Service (When Available)
50% rush fee added to the order total.
$75 minimum rush fee.
Important Information
Rush service must be requested before placing your order.
Availability is not guaranteed and depends on our production schedule.
Rush fees cover expedited production only and do not include expedited shipping charges.
Orders requiring new logo digitizing, artwork revisions, or customer approval delays may affect the requested completion date.
Full payment is required before any rush order enters production.
We reserve the right to decline rush requests during periods of high order volume.
We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. Logo Digitizing & File Policy
At Lydia Blue Designs, every custom logo must be professionally digitized before it can be embroidered. Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file that your embroidery machine can read. This is a one-time setup fee for each new design and size.
Digitizing Fees
Basic Design – Starting at $30
Text-only designs
Monograms and initials
Simple icons or one-color graphics
Minimal detail
Standard Design – Starting at $60
Most company logos
Text combined with graphics
Multiple thread colors
Moderate detail
Complex Design – Starting at $85
Highly detailed artwork
Mascots, badges, or crests
Small lettering or intricate elements
Artwork requiring significant cleanup or manual digitizing
Specialty techniques such as 3D Puff or Appliqué may require additional charges.
Final pricing is determined after reviewing your artwork and is based on design complexity, stitch count, required editing, and the intended embroidery application.
Additional Sizes
The initial digitizing fee includes one approved design size.
Additional sizes of the same logo are available for $15 per size.
Significant design modifications or redesigns may require a new digitizing fee.
What's Included
Your digitizing fee includes:
One embroidery-ready stitch file in your requested machine format (DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, HUS, or other supported formats)
One approved design size
Minor stitch adjustments after an initial sew-out, if needed
File Ownership
The standard digitizing fee includes embroidery stitch files only.
Editable working files used to create your design (including software-specific source files) are not included and remain the intellectual property of Lydia Blue Designs.
If ownership or licensing of the editable working file is required, please contact us for availability and custom licensing fees before placing your order.

Rush digitizing is available based on our production schedule.

Same-Day Service (when available):Â +$60
Rush digitizing fees apply only to the creation of the embroidery file and do not include embroidery production or shipping.
Payment
Full payment is required before digitizing begins. Due to the custom nature of digitizing services, all digitizing fees are non-refundable once work has started.
